Floodcam view has a colored film appearance

While viewing video capture, the view appears to have a colored “film” over the lens. I’ve reset the cam and made adjustments in the settings with no success. Any ideas?

Hi were you able to resolve? I am experiencing the same thing. Are you on the complete yearly plan? Will try to see if ring can replace it.

Hi @user3126. If you haven’t already, please try resetting your Camera and cleaning the lens with a dry washcloth to ensure it is free of any dirt and debris that could be impacting the view. If it is still blurry or you still see some type of “film” over it and you’re positive you removed the protective film when you first took the Camera out of the box, I would suggest contacting our support team for further assistance.
