My approx 2-year old floodlight cam isn’t activating and isn’t processing videos. The floodlight is also staying on. This started a few days ago and I’ve already climbed a ladder to reset it a couple times. Any idea how to fix it?
Hey @mplsringer. Could you try completely disconnecting it from power, and after reconnecting from waiting a few minutes, see if the behavior is still the same? In the event that you’ve done this already or this doesn’t work, try removing the device from your account under the Device Profile > Device Settings > General Settings > Remove this Device. Then, preform another reset by pressing and holding the setup button for 30 seconds, and then re-set up the device! Let me know how it is after setting it up again.
