Flood light camera video issue

Hello there, I was wondering why is there 12sec “freeze time” of nothing happening in my flood light camera video? The quality of the video is good but for some reason it freezes for 12 sec. How can I figure out why that is?

I’ve had that happen before too

Have you tried a reset of your Floodlight Cam, @asgryas ? I turn off/on the power source and see if that helps :slight_smile:

I am having the same problem with the video freezing for about 8 seconds at 5 seconds in. You miss a LOT in those 8 seconds. Did you find any solution?
