Having a issue that just started a few days ago video playback on all my devices while playing back recordings after 5 sec video goes back and plays back the same part of the first 5 seconds of the video again (strange).
Hi there, @robmp11! This certainly does sounds like odd video behavior. I recommend checking all connection variables first, such as your wifi signal strength or RSSI in the Ring app device health. Please also ensure there is not a vpn enabled on your mobile device.
As this is happening on recordings, try checking your recordings at Ring.com via web browser. Feel free to let us know how this goes!
