I recently added a flood freeze sensor to my ring alarm. It works. I tested it with water and ring called me and I got an alert on my phone. All my ring alarm door and window contacts as well as motion detectors were found and usable for routines but NOT this flood sensor. The ring skill in Alexa is on and active as everything else works. Any ideas?
