I keep getting the doorbell chime on my android (Samsung A22) when there is no one at the door. The main chime does not ring - so I know there is no one at the door - however it is very annoying when I am in the garden and cannot hear the indoor chime (the main reason I bought the Ring doorbell). Motion detection is off so it should only ring when the doorbell is activated. Very frustrating, any help or advice appreciated.
