My doorbell and floodlight camera worked great until a few weeks ago. Now I cannot view any of the motion events from the FL camera in the app or ring.com. When I try to go live I get a “streaming error”. I reinstalled the devices and the app. Now I even added another useless app “rapid ring”. I called last week and they told me this is a known issue and was going to be fixed Monday (today). What’s the status of this?
You’ll likely have better luck calling Ring Support back to get an update as the majority of us are just fellow users and have no knowledge of what fixes are in the works in the Ring products.
