Fix sensitivity Issue

This problem is NOT solved. When is Ring going to fix this issue of alerts every few minutes. Obviously some bad recent software update … getting close to switching to something else even after good usage for a year due to lack of response from ring, acknowledging the issue at least and providing an indication of a fix enroute
