Hard RESET… HOLD ORANGE BUTTON on the back of the device for 20 seconds. You should get a voice that says reset. Go through the whole setup process again and when it says UPDATING DEVICE, let it update. It should take anywhere from 5 minutes to 15minutes. This should work for a majority of the issues if not all of them.
