I connected the Chime Pro to the wifi, no problem. I can’t seem to get the Doorbell 3 to connect to Wifi or Chime Pro. I’ve tried everything! Any suggestions?
Hi there, @Nichollini! Once the Chime Pro is setup to your network and updated successfully, it should be a great access point for connecting the Doorbell with ease. During the setup of your Doorbell in the Ring app, there should be a prompt that recognizes the Chime Pro available and asks if you’d like to connect. If this is not happening, try using another mobile device just for the Doorbell setup, if possible. Feel free to let us know what step this setup is failing at.
