The new firmware update has caused critically low battery which is not a problem. I’m hardwired and battery is at 100% charged. Please update me to previous firmware until this is fixed
Hi @Ny2cali42. To fix this, I would try to reset your Doorbell, then reconnect it to wifi. This will prompt your Doorbell to update and load the correct firmware. To do this, press and hold the setup button for 20 seconds, then release. Allow 1 minute for the Doorbell to reboot, then reconnect it to wifi. I hope this information helps!
