Firmware Bricked my Video Doorbell 2

I have fallen victim to Ring bricking my Doorbell. I’ve seen a lot of people complain about forced updates bricking their ring equipment. Seems like some shotty software engineers are behind this and have an elaborate plan to slowly brick units (No proof just speculation) to make us buy new items. I called the support team and was offered a 35% discount on the purchase of a new doorbell… I’m not thrilled to say the least. Come on Ring please do the right thing and warranty theses out.
