According to one of the Advanced technical support representatives, it’s rare but common. Did any of you have any similar experiences?
The camera woke up on Sunday morning, my neighbors. I’m considering replacing it with another brand. It took me 45 minutes to navigate customer support to have a technical agent.
BTW: I read the generic “Help center article,” which didn’t help. It seems like, after a post, the system auto-generates a generic message “this help center article here has some great tips…”
I will appreciate any real human feedback.
