Faulty stickup cam PSU need replacement

My Stick up cam PSU nearly caught fire.
I have pictures to help. How can I email RINg when there is no email anywhere on this site or app. Tried calling number no response line goes dead.
I just need a replacement I have 8 cameras and this is the second PSU to fail.
