Extra sensitive doorbell alerts only for one user out of three

We’ve had our Ring doorbell for three years. We have three users attached - myself, my husband and my son. Out of the three of us, I am the only one getting multiple alerts to my phone throughout the day and night to which when I look at the alert, nothing in is on the camera or caught on video when I look at what apparently’s been caught through the night? I believe all of our settings are the same. Any idea what could be causing this or how to fix it?

Hi neighbors! If there are multiple devices added to an account, and the motion alerts are too frequent on only one device, the best first step would be to remove and reinstall the Ring app on your mobile device.

If that does not resolve your concerns, please review your motions settings, close other apps in the background, disable bluetooth or VPNs, and ensure there is not a linked device or other smart routine that might be triggering multiple alerts. Feel free to let us know how this goes! :slight_smile:
