I purchased at ring wired camera back in March from a retailer and I was wondering if there is anyway I can switch it for a wireless one. The one I have is brand new and is still in the box

Since you purchased the device from another retailer, I go encourage you to try to return it since it’s still in the box to see if you can get a refund, and then purchase the wireless one you are looking for.
