I know this has been a discussion before and I have seen over the years others have asked about widgets. I know there is an area for sending imorovement ideas you may have for the app and I have as have others on this topic. My question is to anyone who may know, is it something to do with security? It’s just really bugged me because my parents are up in age and just know the basics when it comes to phones and tablets, having such as small thing as widgets for the home screen would help them to operate the cameras and app with less irritation and trouble. I’m constantly having to change their settings to fit with the situations happening in their lives. I do know their is such apps as IFTTT, Tasker, and MacroDroid but just seems like Ring would have developed a answer for their customers by now.
