When I open the app and click on the live views I can typically scroll back through event history. This is only working on 2 of 3 of my cameras. I am unable to view event history on the 3rd. How can I fix this? See attached photo.
Hi @user27706. The screenshot you shared is from when the Live View is active, so you will not see the previous events in the Event Timeline during the Live View. If you tap “End Live”, you should see the Event Timeline once again. If you want to see the Event Timeline first when you tap on the Camera preview in the Ring app, navigate to Devices > this Camera > Device Settings > Video Settings and toggle Tap Camera Preview for Live View off.
