I purchased the Ring 2 in December 2019. It quit working in March 2020. Recently received the new one and installed it yesterday. How can I view the history of my old Ring doorbell. I paid for the subscription.
Hey @SueBied. The video event history is specific to the device on the account, so when one device is removed, that will also delete the event history. Since the event history is deleted there will be no way to retrieve any videos before this new device. I apologize for any confusion, but I hope this clears it up for you!
This issue needs to be addressed ASAP, because I just experience the same problem. If you have an subscription that links you to an account, anything associated to that account should be accessible.
