I am located in the UK, but when i view the ‘Event History’ for any of my Ring Alarm devices using a web browser (Chrome & Firefox on Windows 10) the dates are NOT shown in the local UK format of DD/MM/YYYY, but use the US format of MM/DD/YYYY.
[Note: The Windows locale is set correctly and other dates show correctly.]
Browsing the same ‘Event History’ information via the Ring APP on my Android phone shows the date format correctly in the local UK format (as expected).
Am i doing something wrong, or is this a bug?
Hi @DerekWilliamsUK. Thanks for pointing this out! If possible, can you please share a screenshot of the Event History for your Ring Alarm devices to show the incorrect date? Please also share a screenshot of where the date is listed correctly. I’d be happy to take a look! 
I’ve just signed up and see similar problems.
e.g. Showing the settings for the Doorbell shows the date in US format
Hi @simmotech. Are you only seeing this on the Device Health page, or do you see an incorrect date format listed anywhere else within the Ring app? Feel free to share any additional screenshots.
