Can you please fix these poor recordings and stop blaming the app, tbe phone or the internet. It’s clearly a software issue. I’ve complained multiple times about the difficulty of erasing multiple event records in the history. It’s so touchy, not too mention defective in this ability, it needs to be repaired and updated. Ring used to be the premier service, with outstanding customer service. I know we’re in a pandemic, but I would hope your engineers are still working. Especially in these difficult times, I believe many, if not every Ring owner bought your products for security and peace of mind. Come on Ring, get with it!
