Error with ring doorbell 2


We are getting these errors with our ring doorbell, does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix it?

Hi @user11075. This looks like there is an issue with the IR filter for the camera. Try performing a reset to see if that will correct the issue. You can do this by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds, then releasing. Once this is complete, you can reconnect to WiFi.
