Are you unable to retrieve videos for new subscriptions of devices that have already expired their initial plan?

Hey @loyti. You are correct on this! Whenever there is a lapse in coverage for a Protect Plan, any videos that were once available are removed and inaccessible, and are not recoverable when the plan is reinstated. You will need to make sure you have no lapse in coverage so that old video still within your video storage time frame are still accessible!
