Error retrieving video

Hi Ring,

We are unable to see any previous recorded videos.
We have tried using the web interface and the ios app.

We get the following message on all recorded videos:
“There was an error retrieving this video. Please try again later.”

  • We are subscribed to the Basic protective plan and all settings seems just fine.
  • Your status page does not report any issues: https://status.ring.com
  • Your api returns status 500 Internal Sever Error: https://ring.com/account/api/ when inspecting the network traffic.

Please let us know if this is a general issue that will take several days.

This issue appears resolved or have resolved itself.
