Error message appearing on Spotlight camera, battery lid is not close correctly. I have checked several times and I cannot get it to close anymore!
Hi @MarcD-A. Is anything obstructing the Spotlight Cam’s battery lid that could be stopping you from closing it? I’d recommend checking that and making sure it’s all clear of debris. If the lid still will not close, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here so they can take a look and see what solution may work better.
