Echo Show does not automatically show live view when Ring Doorbell 3 is pressed

I have a Show 5 and Ring Doorbell 3. I bought the Show so it would automatically show the live view of the doorbell when it was pressed. Although the Show announces someone is at the doorbell when pressed it does not launch the live view. If I ask Alexa to show the front door that works. Screenshots attached show how I’ve set it up in the app, which is confirmed to be correct by Amazon support staff on their help forum. . I’ve also tried a factory reset on the Show and the following trouble shooting tips supplied by Amazon Staff on the forum:

Make sure your Echo device has the latest software update. Say, “Check for software updates.”
Turn Door Bell Press Announcement OFF and ON again on the Alexa App.
Reduce Wi-Fi congestion by turning off any connected devices that you’re not using.
Move your device away from walls, metal objects, or sources of interference like microwave ovens and baby monitors.
Restart your device and network hardware (like a modem and router

Can you offer any advice how to get this working as it should.

Hey @Jujoos! Great call on checking with Amazon support. We are currently experiencing some outages with the Ring app and Ring.com. Please note that the issues within the app and the website would have been affecting this feature, but as of Nov 27, 11:44 UTC, a fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results. If you are still experiencing any further issues with your Ring devices and how they were behaving previously, I recommend giving our support team a call so they can look into this further.
