Device disappeared from app and now wants to reconnect. I don’t have mac Id or haven’t gone to press button on device as need ladder
Hey @Jodhpur00. Once you are able to get a ladder, you will need to walk through setting up the device again (if not in your app), or reconnecting it under the Device Health screen. You should only need to press the setup button once. Since you will be doing this when you have a ladder, if you’re still unable to get the device reconnected when doing this, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
