Downloaded vido is missing the first 6 seconds

Hi I am trying to download a video from last night. The video that i downloaded is missing the first 6 seconds compared to the video show in the app and on the Ring webpage. The problem is the same if down load in app or from homepage.

Hi Now it works. Just tried once more after 10 minutes.

Hi @Thorkild. Glad to hear this is working for you. Sometimes, it can take a little while for the video to completely upload. This Help Center article here has information on sharing and download videos as well.
