I’m getting the following error message when trying to download a motion recordings clip
Hi @Shiv2021. Have you checked to see if the Ring App needs to be updated or if your phone’s OS needs to be updated? I would recommend checking both of those first to ensure everything is up to date. If everything is already updated, try accessing your Ring App on a different smartphone or tablet to see if it gives you the same error on there or not. This will help narrow down what may be causing this.
