Hi, Ring Pro2 the sound quality is terrible, I would like them to fix the error, we are talking about an expensive device

There’s nothing to fix as there’s no system wide error. It’s likely the options you’ve chosen in the app or how it is installed. Can you describe the sound quality concern? What troubleshooting steps have you preformed?
