doorview cam no alerts to phone

bought a door view cam, a couple of days ago, and getting really fed up with it already.

set it up, it seems to work ,then suddenly it stops alerts altogether, although if i go onto the app ,the alerts will be recorded in the history, can anyone help before i return it for a refund.

If the events are appearing in the Event History on your Ring App but you’re not receiving a push notification, you may need to reset the Ring App. You’ll want to uninstall it, restart your phone to clear the cache, and then reinstall the app. This will refresh its connection with your phone and the notifications should come through properly. :slight_smile:
