i have purchased a second hand RING doorbell and had no idea how to program, until a few days later when i decided to look up on google, i have now learned that i need to ask the previous owner to remove the doorbell from there account which i am having difficulty in contacting, is there anything i can do to get the doorbell operational


Hey there, @shady! If a device has been registered and is changing accounts, you must go through the Device Ownership process. Please continue to reach out to the old owner and once they say it is removed, you can set it up again!
