Doorbell live view wont connect on phone. Blue light flashing on chime. Tried unplugging, didn’t help.
Hi @Nashjoan! It sounds like your Chime is offline, which could mean that your Video Doorbell is also offline. I recommend checking the wifi network, then performing a new setup or reconnection on your Ring devices, via the Ring app. Please also ensure the Ring app is up to date on your mobile device.
