Can I view video from June 8 if I only upgraded my plan today on June 10?
Hey @Dwighton. Whenever there is a lapse in your subscription service, any previous videos are deleted and inaccessible. Signing up for a plan after the lapse will also not retrieve the videos, as they are already deleted, but will ensure that any future recordings are not lost.
