Doorbell stops working frequently

Hi guys request advise from all, we recently installed ring 3 doorbell (Battery) and it hardly works and when we call customer care first they asked us to press reset button and setup again and second time asked switch off motion and switch on again, both time it worked for few hours and stopped, Request your advise to resolve this.
