Our doorbell stopped working around 3:05 PM Eastern Time yesterday. The device health shows that it is 92% charged and has a good wireless connection to the Chime Pro. When we ring the doorbell, the doorbell itself rings, but it does not register on our phone or on the Chime Pro. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but the problem persists. Any help would be appreciated.
My live feed has gone off line and according to Ring, it’s been resolved but mine hasn’t.
