Hello, my Ring Doorbell 2 suddenly stopped working. WiFi is working but doorbell cannot connect. Tried restarting and even tried to re setup from scratch. Doorbell was installed in January after previous doorbell was vandalised. No problems since then. Any ideas???
Hey @DrewDrew. What happens when you try to reconnect your Doorbell 2? Does it not connect to the Ring AP, or is it not accepting your wifi password? If you can, please share a screenshot of what error message you are running into during setup!
