Doorbell Pro disconnected from WiFi, spins blue instead of white

I have a new Ring Pro, installed today. It connected to my network successfully, and I was getting alerts when the doorbell was rung.

(Also, after the button is pressed it takes 2 seconds for the old mechincal doorbell to chime. Is that normal?)

But the doorbell has lost network connectivity. I press the orange reset button on the side, and the doorbell spins BLUE, instead of spinning WHITE. A few minutes later, as I type this, it is still spinning BLUE.

I have tools and a multimeter. How do I fix this?

I’m having the same problem. Did you ever get this resolved?
