Doorbell Pro 2 Voltage Issue and Bad Customer Service

I have a Doorbell Pro 2 and the Ring doorbell transformer. I have the power kit properly installed at the chime as well. The voltage at the doorbell reads 16v but the app switches from 16v to 15v at times. It has always worked fine. The new package detection feature rolled out and I can’t use it because the app shows I have insufficient power. I contacted Ring support and they said I have enough power according to their system. They escalated my case to a higher group. However, I was told the group my case was escalated to may or may not respond. Seriously Ring???

Ensuring for optimal voltage was a great call. As long as the transformer is not too old and is rated for at least 16v, your Device Health reading should be adequate. Please also ensure all components have been including in the install, such as the Pro Power Kit.

@Marley_Ring I have talked to support multiple times on this and they have told me they have already done everything they can do. It was escalated to another team and I was told that team may or may not respond to me. I have not heard anything.
