My brand new doorbell is not charging at all when I attach a USB plug to it. The blue light that is normally on is also out. What could be the problem? Hopefully, the device has not broken down already. Advice?
Hi @JerseyLady55. Could you try a reset of your Doorbell while it’s plugged in to see if this helps? For the reset, please press and hold down the setup button for 30 seconds. After that, give it some time on the charger and see if after a couple hours you get lights again. If you’re still not seeing any lights, please reach out to our support team here.
