Doorbell is a brick

My doorbell got hyperactive this afternoon (6 or som chimes in only a few minutes… obse3rvably no-one at the door) and now appears to be a brick. No action at all. The app seems happy enough with it (and says as of yesterday it was over 50% charged) but it is totally unresponsive.

I have tried holding the oragne button down for 20 seconds to reboot it, but that has no effect.

Any thoughts welcomed…

Hey @mct! I would bring the Doorbell inside and charge it for a few hours. Once plugged in check the Device Heath in the app after some time to see if it has update it’s readings.
