I have a Ring Elite that will not connect to the internet through Ethernet during setup. To confirm:
- I have reset the doorbell several times using the black button on the front. I have also reset the router, switch, and modem. There are no other internet issues in the house.
- There is no issue connecting to Wifi during setup (which is connected to the same ethernet switch as the Ring Doorbell)
- The POE device is powering the doorbell without any issue
- The house hiring is Cat6 cable installed two years ago
I’d really appreciate any ideas or help on how to resolve this. Thanks!
