I have hardwired my doorbell but the chime is not working inside. Is there an additional step I need to take?
Hi @Jim111172! Please ensure the chime in use is on the Chime Kit compatibility list for your Video Doorbell model. The linked article above is for the Doorbell Pro, if you have a different model there are compatibility lists available in the help center for each Doorbell type.
If the chime kit is compatible, and the wires are securely connected to your Ring Doorbell terminals, the chime kit should certainly ring. Feel free to let us know how this goes!
