So I have been charging my doorbell(2nd gen) since 10 pm!The blue blinking is still happening and when I check the device health,it says add battery?Whats wrong with it?

Call Ring support, they will walk you through trouble-shooting. If you have Ring Plus and it’s dead, they will send you a replacement.
