Recently, when someone rings my doorbell, it shows up as “answered” even when no one has answered it. Any suggestions?
Hi @MistyPS. Do you have any Shared Users on the account? Anytime the Doorbell button is pressed, it will be listed as “answered” in the Event History log if someone answers the notification and accesses Live View to see who is at the door. This can be the Owner or the Shared User that answers the notification.
