Doorbell 3 doesn’t hold charge

Hi! Is it “normal” for my Doorbell 3 to have almost fully discharged battery in a week? All features are turned off: no video; no motion detection; no live video. It is at 17% after being fully charged just a week ago. And this is my “replacement” doorbell - first one was even worse; Ring Support sent me a new one :frowning:

There are many factors that can drain battery such as usage, wifi signal efficiency, and even environmental factors like cold temperature. Fine tuning these variables is the best first step.
