I’m having trouble with my doorbell2 . It’s saying activating but then nothing happens. Checked internet speed and it’s all ok. It’s also not ringing the chime? I also have a camera which works every time no problem and this is about 10ft further from the router in anther room. The door bell is reading Rssi 53. Health check all ok.
Hey @Andy87. Could you try a reset of the device by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds? After the reset, go into the Device Health page and tap on reconnect or change wifi network. This will take you through another setup of connecting the device. Let me know how this goes! In addition, please check your chime kit compatibility here to ensure you have a compatible internal chime kit.
