Doorbell 2 random disconnects

My video Doorbell 2 is frequently disconnecting.

I have a WiFi AP about 7 or 8 feet from it, using a power line network. It has its own SSID and the RSSI is-51.

I just installed a new battery, and that didn’t help. It’s connected to a hardwired doorbell. I’ve tried removing the power line system and using both mesh and a non-mesh extender using WiFi, yet still have the problem. It throws error P1-65.

This doorbell never used to disconnect, I’ve had it since 2018 here, and now it’s happening a few times a day.

Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this further?

Hi @user27330. Try performing a reset on your Device and reconnecting it to WiFi. You can do this by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds, then release. After you reconnect it to WiFi, allow for it to update and it should stay connected.
