My video Doorbell 2 is frequently disconnecting.
I have a WiFi AP about 7 or 8 feet from it, using a power line network. It has its own SSID and the RSSI is-51.
I just installed a new battery, and that didn’t help. It’s connected to a hardwired doorbell. I’ve tried removing the power line system and using both mesh and a non-mesh extender using WiFi, yet still have the problem. It throws error P1-65.
This doorbell never used to disconnect, I’ve had it since 2018 here, and now it’s happening a few times a day.
Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this further?
