Doorbell 2 not detecting motion or responding to the app

My Doorbell 2 is connected to the WI-FI with a strong signal. It is connected to my Chime Pro to help boost the signal strength. The battery is at 80%. All indicators are that both the Doorbell 2 and Chime Pro are working properly with strong signal. All indicators are green. I have looked at all the help pages on what settings to tweak. Yet, the Doorbell does not work.

It does not detect motion.

I cannot connect to Live View through the app.

The doorbell function doesn’t work.

It was working this morning. Then suddenly it stopped working. Anyone else have this problem? Anyone have a solution?
