door bell chime no longer working?

Has anyone experienced their Ring Door bell no longer triggering their door bell chime?

It’s still showing 100% charge - so nothing to do with battery. Wires are all connected.

Hey @tekuser. What kind of chime kit do you have? In addition, what kind of Doorbell do you have?
